Kathi Obendorfer

Kathi was born smack in the middle of our country in the great state of Kansas and like the tornado that swooped up Dorothy, she has whirled around the United States! After living and working in 45 states, Kathi finally found paradise in Southwest Florida and settled on Manasota Key in Englewood.

Kathi has dedicated herself to the community by serving as the 2020 President, Englewood Area Board of Realtors, 2021 President, Women’s Council of Realtors®, 2018 President, Englewood Board of Realtors®, Realtor of The Year 2017, RPAC “Golden R” Major Investor, RPAC President’s Circle Investor, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and an advocate and participant of EABOR’S Outreach Committee for the community, Vice-President of the South Manasota Sandpiper Key Association and a Lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church.

Working in the marine industry for years, Kathi found “second” homes (cruisers and pleasure yachts, runabouts, and fishing boats) for people who love the water as much as she does. As of the fall of 2013, she has taken that experience and is now finding clients their perfect “land-based” dwellings!
