Do You Know Your Flood Zone?


Do you know if your home is located in a flood zone? In Southwest Florida, flood zones are designated based on the risk of flooding in a particular area. These flood zones are determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and are widely used for insurance and land-use purposes. To find the most common flood zones in Southwest Florida please visit Charlotte County Florida's website or Sarasota County Florida's website for more information.
