Two things to know about Ashley Weaver – she’s not one to back down from a challenge and has the energy to spare when it comes to accomplishing tasks and goals. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and tactical marketing strategies has been built over the last 13 years and includes a comprehensive understanding of everyone.

 Born in Fort Lauderdale and raised in Lakewood Ranch, the Gulf Coast, AND its real estate run in Ashley’s family. She first entered the industry in 2010 as a Director of First Impression for a Local broker Franchise when her father, a successful area Realtor, recognized her innate relatability, work ethic, and unwavering dedication to staying organized. For the next 13 years, she worked her way through the industry, ultimately getting licensed herself and embarking on building her career as a successful Executive Assistant/Team Manager.

Agents remember Ashley for much more than her in-depth real estate knowledge and guidance. Her experience planning weddings and helping local brides and grooms with day-of coordination has proved to be an incredible asset in her real estate business, effortlessly managing timelines, attention to finer details, and is driven to exceed expectations. As a busy mom, she knows the importance of balancing compassionate service with a dash of realism, and expertly navigates challenges within the real estate process so that the team's clients are both encouraged and informed. Her goal is always to carry herself with the utmost integrity – handling stressful situations with grace and keeping abreast of the latest technology and changes in real estate to enhance the experience she provides.

When Ashley is not helping agents accomplish their real estate goals and assisting clients, you’ll likely find Ashley spending time at Busch Gardens, a Tampa Bay Lightning game,  Nathan Benderson Park, or the nearest splash pad with four-year-old son Cooper and one-year-old son Dallas. Ashley loves being a mom and has dedicated much of her time to growing a community of other moms with her blog Mommin’ with a Purpose and through weekly social events. She is a huge bookie in her very rare spare time and will dive into anything in the thriller genre! Her husband Dustin of 6 years is also a successful entrepreneur. Both being natives of Sarasota they have been busy growing their family and careers in the area for the last 9 years together.
